Xplore Network Pvt Ltd is located over at number 30 in Andheri West. It’s a decent area, though parking can be a real pain if you arrive after ten in the morning. We’re just a bunch of regular people working together in this office. It’s not one of those high-tech spaces with bean bags or a cafeteria. We have a small kitchen area where the fridge makes a weird noise sometimes, but it keeps our lunches cold. We mostly just sit at our desks and work on the projects we have lined up. The days go by pretty fast because there is always something to do. We don’t really do big meetings unless we absolutely have to. Usually, we just talk across the room. It’s easier that way. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we all have to wait a minute for it to reset, which gives us a chance to stretch and look out the window for a bit. We’ve been in Andheri West for a while and like being close to the shops and food stalls. It makes getting lunch easy. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we just want to do a good job so we can go home to our families without worrying about what we missed. It’s a quiet enough place most of the time, except for when the rainy season hits and the roof drips a little near the front window.
