Our office is up on the second floor at 202 in the Andheri Bhuyangdev area. It’s a standard workspace where we spend most of our time looking at spreadsheets and talking on the phone. Sometimes the elevator acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. We deal with money matters and investments, helping people figure out where to put their savings. It’s a lot of paperwork and tracking the markets, which can be a bit dry if you aren't into that kind of thing. The neighborhood is usually busy, so there's always background noise from the street below. We try to keep things quiet inside so we can focus on the numbers. It’s not a large team here, just a few of us who have been doing this for some time. We aren't trying to be some big corporate firm; we just handle the accounts as they come in. Some days are more stressful than others when the market is jumping around, but that’s just part of the job. We have coffee in the small breakroom and just get through the lists. People come in with questions about their future or their kids' education funds. We just sit down, go over the details, and see what makes sense for them. It’s practical work. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and know the local area well. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming with the number of calls, but we manage to get through it every day.
