It’s definitely a bit of an unusual setup since there isn't a physical street address or a building name listed for this specific contact point. We are basically just working through the digital side of things right now. Whoever is behind the email, like Richa or whoever is helping out that day, handles all the messages that come through the inbox. It’s a whole lot different from having a big office building with a sign out front and people walking in and out all day. We just check the messages and try to get back to people whenever we can.
