Water Soft Technology

The shop is at number 104 in Raigad, and that’s where you’ll find us most days. Water Soft Technology is a name that sounds a bit modern, but we are actually quite old-fashioned in how we treat people. Dealing with water issues in Raigad can be a bit of a headache because of the salt and the scale that builds up in everything. We spend a lot of our time looking at filters and explaining to folks why their pipes are getting clogged. It’s practical work. We carry heavy bags of salt and various parts back and forth from the van to the shop. It isn't a glamorous job, but it’s necessary around here. The shop itself is a bit small, so we keep the inventory stacked high. Sometimes it feels like the boxes are going to fall over, but we have a system for finding what we need. We don't use any fancy sales pitches. Usually, someone comes in with a broken part and we see if we can fix it or if they need a new one. That’s the bulk of our day. We take a lunch break when things quiet down, and usually, that’s the only time the phone stops. We’re just regular people working in a shop, trying to help out with the local water problems as they come up. We keep it simple and focus on the hardware.
