Our business is based in Anushakti Nagar, specifically at No. 24 Chaitanya. Chembur is a big area, but this corner is where we spend all our time. The building is a regular spot, and we have our setup on the ground level mostly. It’s a mix of residential and small business vibes around here. We usually start our day by opening the shutters and checking what came in the day before. Datta Guru Enterprises isn’t a massive corporation with hundreds of people. It’s just us doing our daily tasks. We deal with various items and orders that come through. The office space is filled with ledgers, some old computers, and boxes that need to be moved. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. If you walk in, you’ll see some chairs for visitors and a lot of paper. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or talking to local suppliers. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the main Chembur market, which is nice. We’ve become part of the local scene over the years. We know the neighbors and the people who run the shops nearby. It’s a steady pace of work. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to make sure the customers get what they asked for and that our records are straight at the end of the day. It is a simple life and we like the routine of it.
