You can find Ideal Manpower Solution at the Rolex Shopping Centre. We are in shop B-3. It is right on Station Road in Goregaon West. If you know where the Vinoda Hotel is, we are just near there. It is a very crowded area because of the train station. There are always people walking past the window. We spend our day talking to people who are looking for work. It gets pretty loud with the street noise coming in. The office is small and packed with folders. We have a couple of chairs for people to sit while they wait. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us trying to keep things moving. Goregaon is always moving fast. We see all kinds of people coming through our door. Some are looking for office jobs and others want manual work. We just write down their details and see what fits. It’s a lot of talking and listening. The shopping center is an old building, so it has its quirks. Sometimes the lights flicker but we just ignore it. We don't put on a show or anything. It is just a regular place where people come to find a path to a job. We stay until the evening when the station gets even busier. Then we lock up and head out into the crowd ourselves.
