We are based at No. 310 in Gokul Arcade, which is part of the C.S.T No. 173-A on Swami Nitynand Road. Being in Vile Parle East means there is always a lot of activity right outside our windows. Most days it is just us trying to keep up with the various tasks that come our way. The traffic on the road gets quite loud during the morning rush, and you can hear the constant honking from the office. It took us a few months to get used to the noise, but now we barely notice it. We do a lot of technical work at Hi Point Services. It is nothing too fancy, just regular daily jobs that need doing. The office itself is simple with a few desks and some older filing cabinets. Our address is easy to find if you are familiar with the area, and we often have people popping in just to ask for directions because Gokul Arcade is a well-known landmark. We try to be as helpful as we can. Around four o'clock, we usually go out for tea at the stall nearby. That little break is something we look forward to every afternoon. We are not a big corporate team with suits and meetings. It is just a few of us making sure everything is finished before we lock up for the night. Vile Parle is a crowded place, but it feels like home to us now.
