Safe Aqua Solution

We operate out of Room 1203 in the Shiv Gajanan building, which is over in Pratiksha Nagar, Ghansoli. It’s more of a home-base for our operations rather than a storefront. Usually, the room is filled with water filters, spare pipes, and boxes of membranes. We spend most of our time out on calls anyway, heading to different parts of Ghansoli to fix leaks or install new systems. The work is wet and often messy, so we are used to carrying around heavy toolbags and spare parts in the back of our scooters. When we are in the office, we are mostly answering calls and scheduling the next day's route. Pratiksha Nagar is a residential spot, so it is relatively calm compared to the main market areas. We’ve been working on water systems for a long time, so we know which ones tend to break down in this local climate. It isn't a fancy setup by any means. There is a desk, a couple of chairs, and a lot of technical manuals stacked on the shelf. We focus on making sure the water is coming out clean and the machines are running like they should. Sometimes a repair takes longer because the plumbing in these old buildings is tricky, but we stay until it is sorted. It is just basic, honest work to keep the water flowing right for the neighbors.
