You can find us at 29-B in Somna Nagar, which is right in the Fort area. We mainly run a service centre for mobile phones of all kinds. It’s a small shop, mostly filled with workbenches, soldering irons, and a lot of tiny spare parts in bins. We started here because the rent was manageable and there’s a lot of people passing through Fort every single day for work. Most of our daily work involves fixing hardware issues or software glitches that people can't figure out on their own. We don't have a fancy waiting room with coffee or magazines. Usually, people just leave their phones with us and come back after an hour or two once we're done. It’s a bit cramped inside with all the tools and gadgets lying around, but we know where every single piece is. My brother helps me out with the more technical board repairs that require a steady hand. We’ve seen every kind of phone damage you can imagine, from water spills to phones that got stepped on in the street. We just give people a fair price and try to fix things as fast as we possibly can. Fort is a busy, loud place, and being at Somna Nagar puts us right in the middle of all that action. We aren't a big chain, just a local service point doing our daily jobs.
