Our clinic is situated in Lower Parel West. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, as everyone knows. We focus on Ayurvedic methods here. It’s a bit different from the usual hospitals. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time, watching the tall buildings go up all around us. Despite all the changes in Lower Parel, we’ve stayed true to what we do. It’s a small place, not a big research institute with glass walls. We call it a research center because we really look into what works for each person who walks in. People come to us with all kinds of issues, looking for a more natural way to handle things. We don't have a big front desk with a dozen people. Usually, it's just a few of us. We talk to people, listen to what’s bothering them, and go from there. Lower Parel West is always crowded, but once you step inside, it feels a bit more settled. We don't do any big advertising campaigns. Most of our visitors come because a friend or a family member told them about us. We use herbs and traditional ways that have been around for a long time. It’s practical work. We aren't trying to be the biggest clinic in Mumbai. We just want to be the one that people in Lower Parel can rely on when they need this kind of help. We keep our schedules busy and try to see everyone. It’s just how we run the place every day. We aren't fancy, just dedicated.
