Our office is over in Malad West, at number 403. We do sourcing, which mostly means we spend our time on the phone or on the computer trying to find things for other businesses. It’s a lot of looking at lists and talking to suppliers. We’ve been based in Malad for a bit. It’s a good spot because a lot is happening around here. We don't have a big storefront since we don't sell to the public directly. It is more about the back-end stuff. We look for materials, products, or whatever a client might need to get their own work done. Sometimes it’s hard to find exactly the right thing at the right price, but that is the job. We have a small team here. We mostly sit at our desks and keep track of orders and shipping dates. It gets a bit quiet when everyone is focused on their work. We use simple English and just talk to people like normal. No need for fancy words when you are just trying to get a shipment sorted. The office at 403 is where we handle all the coordination. We’ve learned a lot about how different industries work by doing this. Every day is a bit different depending on what someone is looking for. We just keep at it, making calls and sending emails. It is steady work and we like being in Malad. It is a practical office for a practical business. We get the work done and go home.
