Our place is situated in Mahesh Nagar, right on S.V. Road in Goregaon West. If you’re familiar with Mumbai, you’ll know this stretch is always moving. We are directly opposite Kamats Club, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. Being in A/5-20, we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. The traffic on S.V. Road is something we’ve just learned to live with. It’s noisy and fast-paced, but that’s Goregaon for you. We handle things for Voltas from this branch, mostly focused on the local area. The office is a straightforward setup. We don't have marble floors or high-end decor, just desks and computers and plenty of work to get through. It’s a busy spot because of the location. People drop by or call in about their appliances all day long. Dealing with the Mumbai humidity means everyone is always looking for a way to stay cool, so we stay pretty occupied. It’s a ground-level kind of operation where we know the local chai wallah and the shopkeepers nearby. We aren't trying to be something we aren't. We just show up, do the work, and go home like everyone else in this city. If you’re coming from the station, it’s a short rickshaw ride away. Mahesh Nagar is a decent area to work in, even with all the hustle and bustle outside our door.
