You can find us in Mulund West, inside the Marathon Max building on LBS Marg. It’s a pretty well-known spot, especially with all the traffic that flows through LBS all day long. We are at suite 416. The building is modern enough, which is a change from some of the older places we used to be in. We work on heat transfer systems, which sounds complicated but for us, it’s just the daily grind. We spend a lot of time looking at drawings and calculating specs on our screens. The office is usually a mix of engineering talk and people complaining about the commute on the Central Line. We have a few windows that look out over the road, though the view is mostly just other buildings and cars. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing; we just have our desks, a coffee machine that works most of the time, and a lot of technical manuals lying around. Enginemates Heat Transfer Private Limited is basically a group of us trying to get these designs right so they work in the real world. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the factory guys. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, ordering in some food and just pushing through. It’s nothing special, just a regular engineering office trying to stay on top of the workload.
