Voltas Ltd

You can find us at Plot No. 283, B-2, inside the Swapndeep Chs in Gorai-2. Being in Borivali West means we are right in the middle of a lot of residential buildings. Our office for Voltas Ltd isn't anything too special to look at, but it works for what we need. We spend most of our time coordinating service calls and talking to customers from the nearby apartments. Mumbai life is fast, so we are always moving. Sometimes we have a lot of parts stacked up in the corner while we wait for the van to come pick them up. It gets a bit cramped when we are busy, but we make it work. The staff here has been around for a while, so we know the local streets in Gorai pretty well. It helps when we have to explain directions to someone. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It is mostly just desks, a few chairs, and the sound of the ceiling fan going. We focus on the practical side of things. If someone comes in with a question about their cooling unit, we just tell them how it is. No fancy talk or complicated explanations. We are just a group of people trying to make sure the work gets done right for the neighborhood. Life in Boriwali is hectic enough without making things more difficult than they need to be. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the paperwork and the phone calls.
