Voltas Ltd

Anil Apartments is a bit of a landmark around Jagdusha Nagar in Ghatkopar West. We are in apartment number 21. It’s a residential-feeling spot for a company like Voltas Ltd, but it works for us. It keeps us close to the ground. The hallway is narrow and there’s always someone moving in or out of the building. We’ve been in this Mumbai-400086 postcode for a long time. The office itself is small. We’ve squeezed in everything we need. There are stacks of files and a computer that’s a bit slow in the mornings. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just have people who know the area and know how to get things done. Sometimes we hear the kids playing outside or the neighbors talking. It makes the workday feel more human. We don't put on an act for visitors. If you come by, you’ll see us exactly as we are—just regular people working. We handle the tasks that come in, keep our records straight, and try to be helpful. It’s a bit cramped, but it’s comfortable in its own way. We like being part of the Ghatkopar community. It’s a place where everyone knows each other, and we fit right in. There is no need for big speeches when you're just doing your daily job in a neighborhood like this. We just keep at it day after day.
