We are based in Vikas Paradise on L B S Marg in Mulund East. Our office is at number 10. It’s a busy building on a very busy road. We deal with communication stuff and computers mostly. It’s a lot of wires, headsets, and technical talk throughout the day. We aren't a big flashy IT firm. We are just a small team trying to help other businesses stay connected. Most of our day is spent troubleshooting things or setting up new systems for people who are just starting out. L B S Marg is always packed with cars and trucks, so it’s noisy outside, but inside we just focus on our screens and the hardware. We started out small and we’ve stayed that way on purpose. We like knowing our customers personally and being able to answer the phone ourselves. There’s usually a lot of coffee being drunk here to keep us alert. Sometimes things go wrong with a server or a line and we have to stay late into the evening to fix it. That’s just part of the job in this industry. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans on the walls. We just have a lot of manuals, servers, and spare cables lying around. It’s a practical workspace. We’ve been in Mulund for a while and we really like the vibe of the place. If something isn't working right, we try our best to find out why.
