I'm Vishal B Dhruv and I’ve been based here at 16 Pantnagar for a good while. This is where I handle all my business and see people who need help with various things. Pantnagar is a busy neighborhood, so there's always something going on right outside the door. The building is easy to find if you know the area, but sometimes the street names get a bit confusing for newcomers. My office isn't anything fancy or high-tech, just a desk and some chairs and a lot of files that I try to keep organized. I prefer working this way because it’s simple and I don't have to worry about a lot of overhead. Most days are pretty much the same, filled with phone calls and people stopping by to drop off documents or ask questions. I don't have a big marketing team or a website that looks professional. It's just me and the work. I think people appreciate that I'm local and easy to talk to. You don't have to go through a bunch of receptionists to get an answer. I usually have tea around mid-afternoon if you happen to catch me then. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a few years. Just look for number 16 and you'll see where I am located. I don't really have a staff, so if I'm on the phone, you might have to wait a minute. It’s just how it is here most days.
