Virgin Mobile India Ltd

This office is situated over at Keshavrao Khadye Clerk Road, near the Old C S T Road in Kalina. Even though the name Virgin Mobile India Ltd sounds like a big deal, here on the ground it’s just us dealing with the daily grind of the mobile business. The building isn't anything special and the stairs are a bit steep for some. We spend a lot of time on the phones or sitting at desks that have seen better days. The Kalina area is always busy, so there’s a lot of background noise from the traffic outside. We have stacks of files and brochures that always seem to be sliding over when the fan is on. It’s a lot of coordination between different departments, and things don't always go as smoothly as the manuals say they should. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks and everyone gets a bit grumpy. We have people coming in with all sorts of questions about their service or their bills. It’s a lot of talking and explaining the same things over and over. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days the office can get a bit chaotic. We aren't tucked away in some fancy glass tower; we're right here in the middle of the neighborhood. The carpet is a bit worn in the high-traffic areas, and we have to remind ourselves to water the plants every now and then. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to get the job done before the sun goes down.
