Vinod Ghormare

My name is Vinod Ghormare, and I’ve been working out of this spot in Bandra West for quite some time now. You can find me over on the Juhu Versova Link Road, specifically at the place belonging to Manoj Shelar in Pimpleshwar. It’s a bit of a busy stretch of road, especially during the rush hours when everyone is trying to get across town. My setup here is pretty basic. I don't have a massive team or a glass-walled office. It’s mostly just me handling things from this desk. Being in Bandra West is interesting because the energy is always high, but my little corner stays relatively quiet compared to the main road. I share the space, so there’s always someone coming or going, which keeps things from getting too lonely. Usually, I start my morning with a cup of tea and a look at whatever tasks are piled up from the day before. The building itself has that old Mumbai feel to it, where everyone knows their neighbors and you hear the sounds of the city through the windows. I don't really go for all those modern business trends. I prefer just doing the work and staying consistent. People know where to find me if they need something handled. It’s a practical way to live and work, and I’ve grown fond of the daily commute through the link road traffic, even if it’s a bit slow. It's just a regular part of my life now.
