Vikram Alfa Water Purifier

We've been at Anand Nagar in Santacruz East for a while now. Dealing with water purifiers is what we do day in and day out at 26/201. People around here know the building. It’s not a big fancy office, just a workspace where we handle the filters and systems. Sometimes the phones are busy, but we get to everyone eventually. Living in Mumbai, the water quality is always a thing, so keeping these units running is important. We deal with various models and parts. It's a lot of manual work, checking tubes, changing membranes, and making sure nothing leaks. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the families in the neighborhood have working machines. If you walk past Santacruz East, you might see us moving boxes around or testing a unit. It gets dusty, and the floor is usually covered in tools. That’s just how it is when you’re fixing things. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It's just us at the shop, doing what we know how to do. Some days are slow, others we can barely keep up with the repairs coming in. We’ve seen all kinds of purifier problems over the years. We just stick to the work and try to keep things simple for everyone who stops by our place. It is a bit loud sometimes with the testing, but the neighbors don't mind much. We just keep our heads down and work.
