Vijay Plastics Industries

Vijay Plastics Industries is based in Andheri East. We are located in the Nandeep Industri area, specifically at Gala No 15/A. This is part of the 16th Main HAL, 2nd Stage, near the 100 Feet Road. It’s a very industrial neighborhood, so you’ll see lots of trucks and factories all around us. We manufacture various plastic items. The machines are big and they run for most of the day, making a constant humming sound. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we are used to it. We have a small team of workers who help with the production and the packing. Most of our time is spent making sure the quality of the plastic is okay and that the machines aren't overheating. The area around 100 Feet Road can get really jammed with traffic, so we always have to plan our deliveries carefully. It’s a lot of hard work and the floor is usually covered with little bits of plastic scrap that we have to sweep up. We eat our lunch in a small corner of the gala. We aren't a big, polished company. We are just a local industry doing our part in the manufacturing chain. Our customers are usually other businesses who need plastic components for their own products. We just focus on getting the orders done and making sure the counts are right before they go out.
