Vijay Plastic

Out in Bhandup West, the Hiranandani Industrial Estate is a world of its own. We are located in unit 203, which is on the second floor of the block. Vijay Plastic has been operating out of this space for quite a while now. The hallways in the estate are always filled with the sound of machinery and the smell of raw materials being moved around. Our unit isn't very large, but we’ve maximized the space with high racks to hold all the plastic goods. It’s a practical environment—concrete floors, bright tubelights, and the constant hum of the industrial fans. We spend most of our time dealing with orders and checking the quality of the batches that come through. It’s not the kind of place where you get a lot of walk-in foot traffic, it’s mostly just business people and delivery drivers coming up the cargo lift to 203. We have a small desk in the corner where we handle the paperwork and take calls. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the manufacturing going on in the building, but that’s just part of being in an industrial estate. We don't have fancy office chairs or a reception area. We just have our stock, our tools, and the work that needs to be done. We’ve stayed in Bhandup because it’s where the action is for this kind of trade. It’s honest work and we just keep at it day after day without any complaints.
