Our office is tucked away in Goregaon East, specifically at B/34. It is actually on the 5th floor, and then there is another part on the 2nd floor, which gets a bit confusing for people who visit us for the first time. We spend a lot of our day going between these two levels. Kotharud is where we spend most of our hours, dealing with whatever paperwork comes our way. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, which helps when we need to focus. We are a small team and we have been working together for a long while now. There is always a stack of papers on someone’s desk or a phone ringing in the corner. We don't really do much in the way of decoration; it’s mostly just functional stuff we need to get through the day. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good for staying active I suppose. We like being in this part of town because it feels like home to most of us. Most people who come by are regulars who know where to find us. We don’t spend much on advertising or anything like that. We just focus on what needs to be done today and hope the next day is just as steady. It’s a plain way of working, but it suits us just fine.
