Vashdev Lulia

Being over here on Market Road in the 2nd Hasnabaad Lane is always interesting. Vashdev Lulia has been situated in Maruti Chambers for quite some time now. If you know this part of the lane, you know it gets quite narrow and noisy with all the shops and people moving about. We aren't tucked away in some big glass building, just a regular space where the work happens every day. Most of our morning is spent opening up and getting things sorted before the heat really kicks in. It is a practical setup. There are boxes sometimes, or just papers that need looking at. We don’t have a big reception or anything like that. You just walk in and we talk. It’s the way things have always been done around here. The neighbors are good people, and we all know each other’s business a bit. It gets pretty dusty when the wind picks up off the main road, but that is just part of being in this area. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. As long as the lights are on and the work is getting finished, we are happy. Sometimes the traffic on Market Road makes it hard for people to visit, but we manage. It’s a straightforward life here in Maruti Chambers, just staying busy and keeping things moving along. There isn't any fancy stuff here, just us working in the lane.
