I’ve been based out of Malad West for a long time now, specifically at Sabha Kunj on S G Barve Marg. It is a busy part of the city, and there is always something happening right outside the door. My place at number 4 isn't very big, but it’s enough for what I need to do every day. The building itself has seen better days, but it has a certain character that I like. I usually spend my mornings going through papers and taking care of whatever needs to be done. The traffic on S G Barve Marg can be really loud, especially during the rush hour when everyone is trying to get to work or head home. I’ve lived and worked around here long enough to remember when it was much quieter. Now, there are shops and stalls everywhere you look. Inside, it’s mostly quiet except for the hum of the fan and the occasional phone call. I don't have a lot of staff or a big setup. It’s just a practical space where I can focus. Sometimes I walk down the street to get a snack or some tea, and I see the same people I’ve known for years. It’s a local life, and I’m comfortable with the way things are. I don't see the need for a fancy office in a tall tower when this spot in Malad works just fine for me and the people I deal with. It's my daily spot.
