We are over in Borivali West at number 4. It’s a small shop where we handle anything related to phones and staying connected. We’ve got glass counters filled with different models, some new and some that people have traded in. The space is a bit tight, especially when we have a few customers asking about plans or looking for a specific type of charger. We don't use any fancy sales talk here. If a phone is good, we say so, and if it’s not worth fixing, we tell you that too. It’s just me and a helper most days, sitting behind the counter with a set of small tools. We do a lot of recharges and bill payments for people who live nearby and don't want to do it online. The light in here is a bit bright because we need to see those tiny internal parts of the handsets. Outside, the street is usually busy with shoppers and people heading to the station. We like the energy of the area. Sometimes the rain leaks in a little near the door during the monsoon, so we keep some old newspapers handy. It’s a simple, straightforward business. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just open up in the morning, help the people who come in, and close up when the street starts to get quiet at night.
