Vanakanamm Lavancha

Vanakanamm Lavancha is tucked away in the Akhand Jyoti building on 8th Road in Santa Cruz East. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you get into the rhythm of the neighborhood. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now, and it’s become like a second home to those of us who work here. The office isn't very big, and we have to be careful with how we stack our boxes so we don't run out of walking space. We mostly handle specialized trading, and a lot of our time is spent talking to people who have been dealing with us for a long time. There isn’t any fancy decor or expensive furniture; we just have what we need to get through the day’s work. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several orders come in at once, but we usually manage to sort it out over a few cups of tea. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation because we aren't one. We’re just a small team trying to do a good job and keep our commitments. The area around 8th Road is quite lively, and we like being part of the local community in Santa Cruz. We know the people at the nearby shops and we like the convenience of being where we are. It’s a straightforward business, run by people who care about getting things right without making a big fuss. We just take it one day at a time.
