Kalpa Druma Agro

If you have ever been stuck at the Ram Mandir railway crossing in Goregaon West, you have probably passed right by us. Kalpa Druma Agro is located in the Mahindra Gesco building on Ram Mandir Road. We are up in B603. It’s a busy area with a lot of trucks and people moving about. Our office deals with agro supplies, so we spend a lot of time talking to vendors and checking on shipments. It’s not the kind of office where you need to wear a tie. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable for a long day of work. The office has a lot of maps on the walls and calendars marked with delivery dates. It can get a bit loud with the trains passing by so close, but we’ve stopped noticing the noise after all these years. We aren't out in the dirt every day, but our work is definitely connected to the ground. We handle the logistics and the coordination that keeps things moving. The building itself is decent and has a lift that usually works, which is a plus. We have a small pantry where we keep the kettle going. It’s a straightforward business without any bells and whistles. We just focus on making sure the orders are correct and the transport is on track. Mumbai moves fast, and the agro business has its own set of pressures, but we manage just fine.
