Ahimsa Organic Agri Tech Producer Co Ltd

Our small office is at B/006 on Tilak Road Naka in Borivali. We are a group of people interested in organic farming and helping local producers. It’s a bit of a squeeze in here with all the samples and paperwork. We deal with farmers and people who want better food for their families. It's not a high-tech place at all. Most of our day is spent on the phone or talking to folks who drop by from the nearby markets. We have bags of seeds and some organic products sitting on the shelves for people to see. It smells a bit like dried herbs and soil in here, which we actually like. We started this because we cared about how things were being grown in our region. It’s a producer company, so it’s owned by the people who do the work. We aren't experts in marketing or sales; we just know about plants and dirt. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up because we’d rather be out in the fields than sitting at a desk. But someone has to stay in the Borivali office to handle the accounts and the mail. We have a couple of old chairs for guests and a wooden table that’s seen better days. It’s a humble spot for people who like nature. We don't have a website that's very fancy, we just talk to people face to face. We work long hours, especially during the planting seasons. It’s honest work.
