Vajreshwar Estate Consultants is at Shop No 9 in Building No 4, over in C Wi Sion. We are situated near Swami Samarth Medical, which is a place most people around here use as a landmark. Our office is not very big, just a simple shop where we sit and handle property matters. We have a couple of old desks and a lot of files stacked up in the corners. Sion is a busy area and there is always something happening with real estate, whether it is someone looking for a small rental or trying to sell an old flat. We spend a lot of our time walking around the local buildings and talking to society members. It is a lot of back and forth, dealing with paperwork and signatures. We are not corporate brokers; we are just local guys who know the neighborhood buildings inside and out. Sometimes the shop is empty because we are out showing a property to a client. We do not use any fancy sales tactics. We just tell people what is available and what the owners are asking for. It is a straightforward business, though the legal side of things can be a bit slow and frustrating sometimes. We have been in this same spot for years and have seen the neighborhood grow and change. It is a decent place to work and we know most of the people who live nearby.
