Space Consultant

We've been working out of Office No2 in the Guruniwas Building for quite some time now. You can find us right in Andheri East, specifically in the Vaikunth Dham Society. It's a busy spot, especially because we are sitting right opposite the Andheri Sports Club. People often use that as a landmark when they are trying to find us for the first time. We handle various space consulting tasks here. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular office where we sit and go through paperwork or talk to folks about their property needs. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there’s someone coming in to ask about local rates or how things are moving in the market. We know the neighborhood well because we see it every day. The building is older, which gives it some character, though finding parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes if the Sports Club has an event going on. We try to keep things straightforward. No one here is trying to use big words or sell you something you don't need. We just look at the available spaces and see what fits the requirements. It’s a local business through and through. We usually have the windows open to let the air in, and you can hear the city sounds from outside. If you are around the Vaikunth Dham area, you’ve probably walked past our door without thinking much about it. We’re just here doing our job.
