V Care Mobiles

V Care Mobiles is based in Andheri West, Sector 10, inside the MIDC area at unit 302. It’s an industrial neighborhood, so there are a lot of bigger buildings and factories all around us. We have a small space where we handle mobile phone repairs and some service work. It’s not a very fancy setup. We have a couple of workbenches and some basic tools for taking phones apart. We’ve been in this location for a few years, and we get a steady flow of people from the nearby offices coming in. Most of the time, they have a phone with a broken screen or something that won't turn on. We take a look, tell them what we think is wrong, and see if they want us to fix it. We don't have a big corporate structure or any polished slogans. It’s just us trying to do a good job so people come back if they have another problem. The room can get a bit hot in the summer because the ventilation isn't great, but we have a fan that helps a little. We spend a lot of our time looking at very small parts under a magnifying glass. It can be tiring for the eyes, but it’s what the job requires. We don't do much in terms of promotion; people usually find us because we are close to where they work. We just open up, do the repairs, and go home.
