Unnati Group

Unnati Group operates out of E-1303 in the Mhada buildings at Ekta Nagar. Kandivali is a busy part of town, but our corner feels a bit more like a neighborhood. It’s a residential building, so you have people living their lives all around the office. We like it that way because it feels grounded. We don't have a big corporate lobby. You just take the elevator up to the thirteenth floor and find us. The room is filled with files and some old computers. It gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of work, but we make it work somehow. We’ve been in this Mhada block for a long time. You can hear the kids playing in the grounds below during the evenings. Our daily routine is pretty simple. We show up, go through the tasks for the day, and try to keep everything organized. It’s not a high-pressure environment with people in suits. We wear what’s comfortable and focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the power cuts out for a few minutes, so we just take a break and look out at the Kandivali skyline. It’s a real place for real work. We don't try to be something we’re not. We are just a local group doing our bit from a quiet flat in Ekta Nagar. It's a bit small, but it's ours and it serves its purpose.
