Universal Services

Universal Services is located over on Refinery Road 1 in Mulund East. It’s a pretty straightforward place. We aren't located in one of those high-rise towers; we are right here where the real work happens near the industrial side of things. The office is small and usually filled with the sound of the nearby traffic and the general hum of the area. We handle all sorts of service requests that come our way. People call us for various things, and we try to see if we can help them out or find someone who can. It’s the kind of business that grew out of just being helpful to the neighbors and other businesses on Refinery Road. We don’t have a big team of executives, just a few of us who know the area well and have been working here for years. The walls are covered in calendars and notes about different jobs we have going on. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. Mulund East has a specific feel to it, and we fit right in with the local pace. We don’t spend money on big ads or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized enough to get through the week. If you come by, don’t expect anything fancy. We have some chairs that have seen better days and a pot of tea usually going on the small burner in the corner. It’s just us doing what we do every single day.
