Unity Machinery Centre

We are right in the thick of it at 196/197 Mutton Street. If you’ve been to the Bazar Market, you’ve probably seen Unity Machinery Centre right across the way. It’s a very busy street, always full of people, carts, and noise. Our shop is packed from floor to ceiling with machinery parts and tools. Sometimes it’s hard to even walk through the aisles because there is so much stuff everywhere. We’ve been here for years, and we know most of the regulars who come by looking for a specific bolt or a replacement gear. It’s the kind of place where you have to dig around a bit to find what you need, but we usually have it buried somewhere. The front of the shop is open to the street, so we get all the dust and the sounds of the market all day long. It can be exhausting when the crowd is thick. We don't have any fancy displays. The parts are just in bins or on shelves. We spend our time talking to customers and trying to help them figure out what part will fit their old machines. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting heavy things and climbing up ladders. We don't do much marketing or anything. People just know us because we’ve been on Mutton Street forever. It’s just how things are at Unity. We show up, open the shutters, and handle whatever comes our way.
