United Recruitment & Marketing Consultants

We’ve been here in Vikhroli West for quite a while now. Most days start early with the phone ringing before we’ve even finished our first tea. Being United Recruitment & Marketing Consultants means we deal with a lot of different people, from young kids looking for their first office job to companies that just need someone reliable to help with their marketing stuff. The office isn't anything fancy, just a couple of desks and some old filing cabinets, but it gets the job done. Vikhroli West 2 is a busy spot, and there's always someone dropping in with a resume or asking about a opening they saw somewhere. We don't really do the big corporate speeches. It’s mostly just sitting down, looking at what someone can do, and seeing if there’s a place for them. Sometimes the marketing side gets a bit hectic when a client has a big project, but we just manage it as it comes. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather is bad and nobody wants to travel for interviews. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, more buildings going up and more traffic on the main road. Still, we stay in the same place, doing the same sort of work every day. It’s practical work. People need jobs, and companies need workers, so we just sit in the middle of that and try to make sense of it all.
