Our office is at B-19 on Janjikar Street in Andheri East. We are United H R Solutions. Most of our work involves helping companies manage their staff or finding new people for them. It’s a lot of sorting through resumes and talking to people on the phone. Andheri East is a hub for this kind of work, so we are right in the middle of things. We’ve been at this for some time. The office is full of files and computers. We don't try to sound like a big corporate firm. We are just a group of people working together to solve staffing issues. Sometimes companies have a lot of spots to fill, and that keeps us very busy. Other times, we are just helping with regular HR tasks like payroll or paperwork. Janjikar Street can be quite crowded, but we like the energy. We talk to people in plain English and try to understand what they really need for their business. It’s a lot of listening and then looking for the right fit. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just show up, do the work, and try to get things right for the people we work with. Being in B-19 gives us enough room to do our job. We see a lot of candidates coming in and out, each looking for something new. It is steady work and we are happy to be doing it here. We take it one day at a time and keep our records in order.
