Unifarm Agri- Tech Ltd.

Our office is over in New Panvel, specifically at Satya Sai Plaza in Sector 11. If you’ve spent any time in this part of town, you know it’s a developing area with a lot of new buildings popping up. We are at unit number 50. It’s a decent spot for Unifarm Agri- Tech Ltd. to be based. The building is one of those typical commercial plazas where you find a mix of different shops and offices. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea vendor knows our order by heart. The office itself is nothing special to look at, just a place for us to keep our records and meet when we need to. Sector 11 has its busy days, especially when there’s a lot of traffic heading towards the station. We try to keep things organized, but like any real workplace, there’s always a bit of clutter and a few stacks of papers that need sorting. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. We don’t really do anything fancy here. It’s just a group of us working out of this plaza in New Panvel. We go about our business and try to stay on top of our tasks. It’s a practical location for what we do, and being in a place like Satya Sai Plaza means there’s always people coming and going. It’s just a normal office for a normal business day.
