Tulsi Ayurvedic Bhandar

You can find Tulsi Ayurvedic Bhandar at number 5, Vasantji Lalji Road in Kandivali West. We are in the Jethva Nagar area, right opposite the Sai Baba Mandir. Being so close to the railway station means there is always someone walking past our door. We deal in all kinds of Ayurvedic medicines and herbs. The shop is quite small, so we have to use every inch of space we have. I usually open up early in the morning. It’s a nice time because you can hear the bells from the temple across the way. We have many regulars who stop by after their morning prayers. They might need some oil or a specific powder for their health. I’ve learned a lot about these products from my father who ran the shop before me. We keep things simple. There are no bright advertisements or fancy lights. Just wooden shelves filled with jars and bottles. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty because of the traffic outside, so we are always cleaning. We don't have a big staff, usually just me and one other person. We spend a lot of time talking to the customers about what they need. It’s a slow way of doing business, but it feels right for this kind of work. We are happy to be a part of the local community here in Kandivali for all these years.
