Tryambak Ayurvedic Clinic And Panchakarma Centre is tucked away in Lok Everest Apartment, specifically in Building C/3, Flat 1303. We are located on JSD Road in Mulund West, right across from the City Of Joy. Because we are up on the thirteenth floor, it is much quieter here than it is down on the street. You have to go through the main gate of the apartment complex and take the lift up. The clinic has a very particular smell of herbal oils and dried plants, which is common for an Ayurvedic place. We have a couple of rooms set up for Panchakarma treatments with the traditional wooden tables. It’s not like a sterile hospital room; it feels more like a home that has been turned into a workspace. We have a lot of jars filled with different powders and oils that we use for the patients. Most of the people who visit us are looking for help with long-term pains or just want to feel a bit more balanced. We don't rush the sessions because these things take time to do properly. The furniture is a bit older, and we have some charts on the walls showing the different points of the body. We don't do any big advertising. People in Mulund West usually find us through word of mouth. It is a small, family-run kind of operation. We just focus on the traditional methods and try to make people comfortable while they are here.
