Trimurti Facility Managment & Labour Contractor operates out of the first floor of the Sainath Hotel building. We are located in B E S T Nagar, specifically near Lokhandwala in Andheri. It’s a bit of a trek to get up here sometimes, especially when the Link Road is jammed with cars. We are near Mohit Patil Nagar and the Ghatkoper Link Rd, so there is always a lot of noise from the traffic. Being above a hotel means there is always the smell of food wafting up, which makes us hungry before it’s even lunchtime. The office is usually a bit chaotic. We have people coming in and out all day, workers looking for assignments, and phones ringing off the hook. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have stacks of forms on every desk and the chairs don't all match. We just try to keep track of everyone and make sure the jobs are covered. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of paperwork. Some days the heat in the office gets a bit much, but we just turn the fans up and keep going. We have been part of this Andheri neighborhood for a while and we know how things work around here. It’s about people, really. Managing labor isn't always easy, but we have been doing it long enough to not get too stressed out when things go sideways.
