If you are looking for Tranceforme, you have to head over to the Laxmi Mill Compound in Mahalaxmi. We are at 36 Mahalaxmi Dr E Moses Road, specifically down Shakti Mills Lane. It’s an interesting area because it feels very industrial with all the old mill structures around, but there are a lot of creative things happening here too. Our space is part of that old fabric. It’s got high ceilings and that old-school warehouse feel that you only get in this part of Mumbai. We spend our time working on various projects, surrounded by the textures of the old mill walls. It can be a bit tricky to find us the first time because Shakti Mills Lane is a bit tucked away, but once you’re here, it’s a great place to be. The atmosphere is different from a regular office building. It’s quieter in some ways, but there is always the sound of work going on nearby. We don’t go for the polished, glass-and-steel look. We like the raw feeling of the compound. Usually, our days are spent dealing with items and designs, moving things around to see how they fit. It’s a lot of physical work and staying on our feet. The E Moses Road traffic is always there, but inside the compound, it feels like its own little world. We’ve been here for a while and wouldn't really want to be anywhere else. It’s a good spot for what we do.
