Touch Tech

Touch Tech is located at Bandra West LBS Marg (Mulund West) 11, which sounds like a bit of a confusing address if you aren't from around here. Our shop is usually humming with the sound of cooling fans and the occasional beep from a motherboard we are testing. It is a place for people who have problems with their laptops or phones and don't want to deal with the big expensive showrooms. We have drawers full of screws and tiny parts that probably look like junk to anyone else, but they come in handy. The lighting inside is a bit bright because we need to see what we are doing with those small circuits. Sometimes we are working late into the evening because a repair is taking longer than we thought it would. We don't use much fancy talk; if your screen is cracked, we just tell you how long it takes to swap it out. It is a bit of a squeeze in here when we have a lot of equipment waiting for pickup, but we make it work. Mulund is a busy place, and there is always someone who has spilled coffee on their keyboard or lost their charger. We just sit at our benches and get through the pile of work one device at a time. It isn't glamorous, but it is what we know how to do best.
