Our office, Total Tools & Equipments Pvt Ltd, is at A-57 in the Giriraj Industrial Area on Mahakali Caves Road. Being in Andheri East means it is always crowded and there is a lot of traffic. The industrial area is a maze of buildings and small units. We have a lot of heavy stuff here. Wrenches, drills, and all sorts of industrial gear are stacked on the shelves. It is a bit of a tight squeeze when we get a new shipment in. We spend a lot of time checking the stock and talking to people who need specific tools for their own jobs. It is often humid, so the fans are always on. We do not have a fancy corporate vibe. It is more of a place where people wear work boots and carry heavy boxes. The desks are covered in catalogs and order forms. Sometimes the phone rings and we can't find it under all the paperwork. We have been here in Giriraj for a long time. People around here know us as the place with all the equipment. We do not do big presentations. If someone needs a tool, they come in, we find it, and they go. It is a very practical way to run a business. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the inventory is somewhat organized for the next day. It is hard work but we are used to it by now.
