Top 10 is our little business located in Borivali. You can find us at Swami Samarth Nagar, specifically in the Lokandwala area at number 42. It’s a decent neighborhood and we’ve been part of it for some time now. We don’t do anything too fancy here. Our daily routine involves keeping the shop open and helping whoever walks through the door. The area around Lokandwala 42 is usually quite lively, with people going about their shopping and kids playing nearby. We have a small staff, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s cleaning up or talking to customers. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to act like a huge company. We are just a local spot where people can get what they need without any fuss. The shop itself is simple, with basic furniture and some displays that we change every now and then. We like the fact that we know many of our customers by name. It makes the days go by faster when you can have a quick chat while working. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets a bit noisy, but we just carry on. Being at Swami Samarth Nagar has been a good choice for us because it feels like a real community. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide a reliable service to the folks around Borivali. That's about all there is.
