Top 10 Mobile World

We set up Top 10 Mobile World in the Kashimira area. It’s a busy spot and there are plenty of other shops around, but we have our own way of doing things. We sell phones and accessories, and we also handle basic repairs when someone drops their device. The shop isn't huge. We’ve got glass counters filled with various models and racks of covers on the walls. It feels like a typical local mobile store. We don't have a lot of employees, just a couple of us who know the different brands. We spend a lot of time explaining features to people or trying to find a specific cable that someone needs. Kashimira has a lot of energy, and we get all sorts of people walking in. Some are just looking, others really need a fix right away. We try to be helpful without being pushy. If we don’t have a phone in stock, we just tell the customer. We don't try to talk them into something they don't want. We've learned over the years that being honest with people is the best way to keep them coming back. It’s a noisy place with the traffic outside, but we’ve gotten used to it. We’re just here to provide a decent service to the local neighborhood and keep the shop running. We keep a small radio playing in the background most of the time to keep things cheerful. It isn't much, but it's ours and we work hard to keep it going day in and day out.
