Tooltech Mould

Tooltech Mould is located in Malad West, right by Liberty Garden in unit G/01. This is where we do our technical work, focusing on moulds and various tooling tasks. It’s more of a workshop than a shop. When you walk in, you’ll see heavy machinery, worktables, and various metal pieces scattered around. The floor is concrete, and it usually has a bit of metal shavings on it despite our cleaning. We spend our days working with our hands, measuring things carefully and making sure the moulds are exactly right. Being near Liberty Garden is nice because it’s a bit of greenery in the middle of a busy industrial and residential area. The noise of the machines can be quite loud, so we usually have to talk a bit louder to hear each other. We wear heavy aprons and boots because it can be messy work. We aren't here to provide a fancy customer experience; we are here to build things that work. Most of our clients are people who need specific parts made for their own businesses. We’ve been in this Malad spot for years, and we have a routine that works for us. We start early when it’s still a bit cool and work through until the evening. It’s hard work, but there is something satisfying about seeing a finished piece of metal that you made yourself. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place where things actually get built.
