Tools India is situated on the ground floor of Maher Abad, specifically at number 5, 104 Husainia Marg. It is a convenient spot because you don’t have to deal with any stairs when you are picking up heavy boxes of hardware. The shop is filled from floor to ceiling with all kinds of tools. It smells like metal and cardboard in here, which we have grown to like over the years. We spend most of our time counting inventory and helping people find exactly what they need for their home projects or jobs. It is not a fancy showroom with bright lights and displays. We just have basic metal shelves and a small wooden counter where we do the billing. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when a few customers come in at the same time. We have been part of this neighborhood for quite a while now. The street is usually busy with deliveries and people walking by to the market. We don’t spend much on advertising because most of our customers are regulars who live or work nearby. We just focus on keeping the stock updated and being here when the doors open in the morning. There are no big speeches about our values or anything like that. We just sell tools and try to be helpful to those who ask. It is a small, local business and we are happy to keep it that way.
