We are located on the second floor of Naeema Manzil, which is right on Juhu Tara Road. It is a busy part of Mumbai, especially since the beach is so close by. Our office is in flat number 20. It used to be a regular residential flat before we moved in and turned it into our workspace. Because of that, it has a very homey feel to it, which we actually prefer over a cold office building. We don't have a giant sign outside, so people usually have to look for the building name and the flat number. The elevator in the building can be a bit temperamental sometimes, so quite a few of us just take the stairs to the second floor. It is a good way to wake up in the morning. Inside, it is a bit crowded with desks and files, but we make it work. We are not a very formal group of people. We just sit together, do our work, and talk about whatever is going on. Sometimes the salt air from the ocean makes things a bit sticky, but that is just part of being in Juhu. We like being in this area because there is always something happening outside. Even though it is a busy road, once we are inside and the fans are going, it is a decent place to get things done. We don't worry about being fancy. We just focus on keeping everything organized and moving forward.
