We’ve been at 315 in Raheja Plaza for quite some time now. Being tucked away in the Shah Industrial Estate off Veera Desai Road means there is always something going on outside our windows. It is a busy part of Andheri West, and honestly, the traffic can be a real headache some mornings when we are trying to get the day started. Tipco Industries is just a place where we come to get the job done. It’s not one of those shiny new offices you see in the magazines. We have our desks, our stacks of files, and a coffee machine that works most of the time. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with the work at hand to worry about how the place looks to outsiders. Most of us have been here for years, so we know the rhythms of the building and who to talk to when the elevator acts up. It is a practical setup. We handle industrial requirements and stay focused on the tasks that come across our desks every morning. It’s just us doing what we know how to do without any big fuss or complicated systems. If you walk through the estate, you’ll see plenty of businesses like ours, just people putting in the hours. We don’t really do fancy meetings or long speeches. We just show up, handle the business for the day, and head home when the sun goes down.
